8A majority, 22 out of 26, provide for tax advantages for the generation of electricity from certain or all types of renewable energy sources.
8Purchase guarantees (feed-in tariffs) or similar support mechanisms are available in most of the countries, 20 out of 26.
8The ratio of ensuring a minimum price for the electricity generated by renewable energy companies is high as well (14 countries out of 26 countries).
8In 13 out of the 26 countries, priority for connection to and/or usage of the transmission and distribution system is provided for renewable energy companies.
