Feb 15: A  Sub Group of the “Technical Committee for Implementation of Framework on Renewables at State Level” formed by the Forum of Regulators (FOR) for large-scale grid integration of renewables has examined various aspects of migrating from 15-minute to 5-minute scheduling, metering, accounting and settlement at the inter-state level.
